Liberal Democrat’s Six Priorities for Dacorum Borough

The Dacorum Liberal Democrat Team covering Tring, Berkhamsted, Bovingdon, Markyate, Kings Langley and Hemel Hempstead, have six key priorities for the Borough Council.
1. Health – to support the redevelopment of the Hemel Hempstead hospital site with an increased number of services to suit the needs of local people.

2. Housing – to increase the provision of social housing.

3. Jobs – to attract a wider range of new businesses and jobs to Dacorum.

4. Road Safety – to improve road safety outside schools, in busy urban areas and on dangerous rural roads.

5. Transport – to improve accessibility to the public transport system.

6. Communities – to strengthen local communities by supporting local needs & projects and restoring the democratic role of Councillors in Council Meetings.
