2018 CarnivalThursday 21st - Sunday 24th - Tring Summer Carnival - Four days of fun in Tring.

Film and music events, Carnival Day on the Saturday , and the RAF Halton Voluntary Band and Castle Choir on the Sunday. Come and celebrate summer with your very own local carnival. All events take place in the Tring Carnival marquee on Pound Meadow, Tring. There is plenty of parking and the site is within a 5 minute walk of Tring town centre.

Thursday 21st 7pm - Join us for the Tring Cinema sing-along film with American diner food - the Tring Brewery Beer festival starts here.

Friday 22nd 7pm - The Pepper Foundation presents The Dung Beatles. Tickets £15 in advance (£17 on the door) - all proceeds to support the work of The Rennie Grove Children's Hospice at Home Service. Saturday 23rd - Model Railway Exhibition. Tring and District Model Railway Club present their 40th Anniversary Show. Aston Clinton Junior School, Twitchell Lane, Aston Clinton (HP22 5JJ). 10.30am - 3.30pm. Admission £3 (child £1.50/family 2+2 £7). 10 layouts in different scales. Saturday 23rd - Tring Carnival - Carnival Day itself: 12pm - 5pm. This year's theme is "Tring beside the Sea"- prepare to immerse yourself in British summertime by the seaside! With seaside-themed acrobats and bubbleologists, plus all the fun of the seaside and our food & drink stalls, fair rides, Tring Brewery beer tent and entertainment galore.

Follow the parade from Bishop Wood School field 11:30am, down the High Street to Pound Meadow.

Saturday 23rd - "Beer and Band" Night: 7.30pm Pound Meadow, Tring. A celebration of local beer, music, and dancing - all in the name of raising money to provide end of life care for children and adults (Rennie Grove Hospice Care). Music from the 'Swinging Retros'. Tickets £10 from Tring Brewery or Beechwood Fine Foods, or call 01442 820720.

Saturday 23rd-Sunday 24th - Rothamsted Festival of Ideas. A special open weekend to celebrate 175 years of progress in science and discovery. Science demos, exhibits, wonder trails, tractor rides, debates and talks, future farming, cream tea at the Manor and much more! From 11am-5pm both days at Rothamsted Research, Harpenden, Herts AL5 2JQ.

Sunday 24th: 2pm - Tring Carnival presents RAF Halton Voluntary Band and the Castle Choir in aid of SSAFA.

We have a great programme of music lined up for you which will end in true Proms style with 'Fantasia on British Sea Songs' and 'Pomp & Circumstance March No.1'. Doors open at 2pm, music starts at 3pm. Entry is free with a retiring collection for SSAFA; the armed forces charity supporting military families.

This afternoon is the final afternoon of the Tring Brewery beer festival and we hope you will come and join us for a rousing finale to the 2018 Carnival, all in aid of a great charity.
