UK's so-called 'Net Zero Strategy'. "No Attention to Detail" - the Tory Government is Truly Incompetent.

Greg Hands, Minister of State for Business, Energy and Clean Growth signed off the Tory Government's Net Zero Strategy without checking it properly.

Following a Judicial Review brought by ClientEarth, FoE & Good Law Project, High Court Judge David Holgate found it was unlawful on two counts.

1. The Minister did not have enough information to know whether or not its policies and proposals would meet UK's carbon dioxide targets under its own Climate Change Act 2008 obligations.
2. He did not give any no details on the expected components of the strategy.

Perhaps Hands had better stick to doing dishes?
